At Glamverse by Rachel, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Item marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received
• Lost or stolen packages
• Items damaged in transit
• Buyer's remorse
• Duplicate or mistaken orders
• Shipping delays

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
