Terms of service

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Processing Time: Orders are processed in the order they are received. Average processing time is 1-3 days, including weekends but excluding holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Order Accuracy: Please, double-check your order before submitting. We are not responsible for incorrect selections made by the customer.

Shipping: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. Once your order has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package. This includes lost, stolen or delayed packages. Any issues with your shipment must be reported directly to the shipping carrier before contacting me for guidance or support.

No Returns - No Refunds: Due to the nature of our handmade and personalized items, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

  • Item marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Duplicate or mistaken orders
  • Shipping delays

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Ownership of Content: All products photos, videos, branding elements, and logo designs are the intellectual property of Glamverse by Rachel. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Artwork: While our brand content and product concepts are original, the artwork used on some products (such as tumbler wraps) is sourced from third-party suppliers. Glamverse by Rachel does not claim copyright ownership over those specific designs.
